We continue to get packages that are not ours. Some times multiple different families. Our packages are delivered to other people. Everyone complains in my area how bad UPS has gotten. What do we do. If I can get it through FedEx or post office I try. I have talked to the local office and the corporate office and nothing ever happens. Just continues to get worse.

So not sure which driver "delivered" my package, but not satisfied at all. Usually my packages get delivered to the wrong house even though I have not 1 but 2 address signs. This time I'm more angry than normal though. My package was thrown in my back yard because they were to lazy to walk to my front door evidently. I didn't even know my package arrived until 2 days later when I stumbled across it. No wonder packages get stolen all across the U.S. Come on people. Get your act together.

Constantly having to go get my packages from my neighbors house. And the fact that we both have big numbers on our house in the same spot, but some how my packages always end up there. I have filed multiple complaints the driver will hand me my packages if I am out side but if not he drops them with the neighbors. So I know he is just being lazy, and management will not do anything about it, also not the only person on my route that has problems with him.

I tried to drop 2 package off 3 weeks ago, sallisaw office is not open so I put one in the drop box, the second one would not fit. I found a ups driver and he said he could take it. I handed it to him and he took it. It was a return item and I waited on my refund. Driver did not scan it in and it didn't make it to the ups facility. This is a small town so finding him a second time wasn't hard. He claims he didn't remember taking it. I don't believe that since I blocked him in with my car at the post office. Long story short I'm out $150. Now. Don't know what to do. Don't trust this facility!!!!!

They lied about a package,saying we wanted them to hold the package at there facility to be picked up.We did not pay for shipping to have it picked up.we talked with 5 different customer representatives,they told us they would fix it.The local facility changed it back to pick up.Now there saying 5 days to pick up or send back.5bdays will be Monday and they don't open till 4pm & close at 6pmThe WORST STORE OF UPS.THEREDRIVERS ACT LIKE THEY HAVE NO TROUBLE GETTING AWAY WITH WHAT THEY WANT....STAY CLEAR OF THIS STORE !!!!!!!!

1of my packagewas out for delivery on 8-3-23 waited up for it to get here... never showed. checked the tracking and it said it arrived at the sallisaw facility. next day it was out for delivery again along with my other package. neither showed up and ended up back at sallisaw. today 1 was back out for delivery for the 3rd time and the other is in Spokane Washington!!! I think corporate needs to fire the management in sallisaw Oklahoma..there making you look really ?

35 mins from the sallisaw location they have had my package since 5:00am it’s now 10:00 pm . No update on delivery Yet they can’t get me my package that spent 2 days getting here from Los Angeles. I wouldn’t be so upset if I was updated but once it hit sallisaw I saw no update all day. I saw the 2 stars this store has and now understand why .

Package has been lost for three days now and I am unable to file a claim because they keep arriving the package to the Sallisaw, OK location. Their AI or whatever they use is garbage and will not let you speak with an actual human. Also to top it all off their drivers like to pull right out in front of you when your towing a skid loader with a trailer full of attachments just because there in a "Hurry."

Received update that my parcel was delivered. Evidently it was but not at my house! I have no clue as to where my package is, nor do they. I called but was told they were not successful in counting the driver but he should "be here" later in the day. Needless to say, he didn't show up.

Everything is always delivered on time, feiendly drivers even the drop off location employees are friendly, never had anything broken or lost unlike FedEx you could give FedEx solid peice of steel and they will somehow manage to break it in half.
