I decided to switch carriers recently, and chose Verizon. After my purchases, and considering my contract, I had concerns. I went to the store , and spoke with Brian.
He worked my spending plan, gave me visuals of it, and communicated what the future outcomes would be. He was patient in helping me learn how to utilize different areas on my new device, and Verizon app as well.
He was sincere in all of his effort to help me.

It took quite a while to get everything set up but I was satisfied. I just wish some instructions came with it. Some things are a lot different.

Terrible! We were told by the girl we would get $880 or something for my iPhone 14 Pro trade in. We were also told the insurance would be 17/mo for the first month then 8/month after. We paid for the activation with her.m using our credit card. I’m not sure how she managed to process the payment but no one signed for anything. She wouldn’t let us pay off the new iPhone 16 pro in full. She said we have to pay it out. No choice. We got home and my husband checked his Verizon account to see that we only got a $220 credit for the phone (I am estimating prices as I don’t have the exact amounts with me). Also that we have the full amount to pay monthly for the phone. He called Verizon and they confirmed what he saw in the account was what they have as well. We returned to the Verizon store in sallisaw and the girl was so rude. She said we had to pay $50 to return the new phone that we had in our possession for less than 2 hours. She argued that what we saw on our account online was wrong even though we had it confirmed with Verizon. We had to pay $40 to get my old phone (iPhone 14!pro) turned back on. It took over 2 hours of sitting in the store after closing time to get it all complete. Again I paid for this using my debit card but am unaware of how she processed the payment without my signature. I guess she signed for me. Isn’t that illegal? We also never got a receipt for anything. It was the biggest waste of our day! After calling Verizon online and finding out we could have easily done all the changing and adding a line to the account online, we will never go back to the sallisaw Verizon store again! Huge disappointment, rude service and incompetent people work there!

Issiah was by the door ready to help the second we walked in the door. Extremely polite and friendly! He’s also helped us previously when we had issues with Verizon over the phone. He has now assisted us with 3 upgrades to date. Very professional and goes out of his way to help others!

Customer service is always top notch. Issiah has always been friendly and willing to help with anything. Ashley hasn’t helped me personally but I’ve seen her work with customers as well and she also does an incredible job! Michael is the best manager I’ve had to deal with with Verizon!
