Leaving three starts because I feel cheated. I ordered a fridge and was told within 2 different phone calls that the fridge would be arriving around 3pm. This was perfect because I needed to go back to work and get my husband at 4:30pm. I requested time off, used paid time off, and had to fight to get my time approved to be at my house in time for my fridge. I get home, and wait….. and wait… and no one shows up. No one calls or anything so I call the store and they said “oh yeah our guys somewhere else doing an order right now. It’ll be between 3-6pm….” And I snapped. Because i just wasted my time. At 4pm I went to get my husband. At 4:30, the guy delivering my fridge calls me asking if I’m Available… in which I had to tell him no because I was told he was going to be there at 3 and he wasn’t so I needed to go get my husband so that’s what I was doing at the moment. I called him back at 4:35 and told him I was on my way home which was 12 min away. I didn’t get my fridge until 5:30 that night. Totally could have stayed at work and not wasted my time I’m only allowed so much per year. I called and complained to customer service-and I was just made feel better. No one ever called back to resolve the matter-it was just let go and forgotten about. Which is why I’m here leaving a review so that it doesn’t get forgotten about. It’s wrong to tell someone you’re gonna be somewhere at a certain time TWICE, and then change it AFTER the customer already used their personal time to accommodate. Still mad about my waste of time and money away from work-aka lost wages.
Responding to the owner- I did reach out about this issue. I called the store. They didn’t say anything, they just got quiet. So no, I won’t be calling the store. I’m done calling people. You guys can call me this time. I’m paying double the market value for this fridge because I needed something fast and I refuse to be taken advantage of.

My bill is literally due today it tried coming out at 630. And they immediately started calling at 9:15. My money just haven’t hit yet and I was awake by their call. The reason I came back to Aaron’s was they was so awesome. But coming to this Aaron’s they are acting like rent a center. Not cool to harass the same dang day your Bill is freaking due!

I have dealt with arrons so much threw the years, always a great fit for me. Today I went and made a purchase and gotta say, best customer service from Levi at the Sapulpa Ok store.. gave me time to really see what I wanted, pleasant, and hard workin. Keep up the good work!! And I love what I got.

Take the “no credit needed” thing with a grain a salt. If have absolutely no credit at all, don’t worry you’re entitled to their stuff. But if you so much as have one bad ding on your credit you’re not worthy enough to lease from them. Not to mention, the interest is practically 100%. So have fun paying double what you would anywhere else. Just feels like a big scam to me tbh

My husband rented a power reclining sofa and it was alright. I called about a plain metal frame and king mattress and they sent this cal-king bed frame with a king mattress and then claimed they didn't carry cal-king anything. Less than a week later, I started seeing bedbugs. Now my house is infested. Never getting furniture from this place again. No wonder that frame has been there awhile. As you can see, the mattress, which is a king size, is way smaller than the frame.

They started out extremely exceptional.... Down to my last 2 payments mind that I was Never late and always paid over. I communicated with Larry explained what needed to be explained he stated it would be handled we had an agreement. The following day, I was hounded by calls and emails. I spoke with Larry again he acted like he had no clue about what we had discussed and agreed upon. I will NEVER use Aaron's or recommend them to Anyone!

This location is crooked they stole $141 from my account even after me calling them to pick up their refrigerator. Larry said I'll work on your refund and Adrian the manager said I should have just kept the refrigerator until October 31st & I'm Not owed a refund . They got a full month of October payment and their refrigerator . It's nice to know they can just go into your account and take what they want . I would not put your card on file and I wouldn't recommend these this Aaron's companyto anyone. they will take your money even if you return their stuff ... crooks!!!!!

I rented a front loader washer and dryer. A few months later my dryer went out, i called them and they said a repair man should be calling me. Time went by so I called Aaron's and I assume they finally got someone to call and set up a time to come out. Guy came out and said he needed to order a part and he would get back to me. Two weeks past and nothing a month and still nothing. Finally got a call saying someone was going to come out to fix it that day but when they showed up it was to repo the washer and dryer set. Because I refuse to pay for something I couldn't use. They never offered me any replacement for the dryer untill mine was fixed they just repoed the set.
