Asked an employee for assistance getting keys made and was told she'd let someone know while she was sitting down on a mop bucket. We stood around for roughly 15 minutes no one came. Ended up leaving and will not be returning. The other girl working the register seemed to be the only doing anything.

Pretty disappointed in the customer service. I had a specific situation when attempting to use my rewards from being a regular customer but will not blast the employees. Ace should make it right though. Guess I’ll avoid shopping here in the future which stinks because I enjoy their paint and always have a project going for myself or a client. 👎

Had extra house keys made. NONE WORKED. One key was half as narrow than the original. Did not think to look at them before leaving the store. Anyone, especially the worker should have known. Gross incompetence coupled with a major attitude problem. I cannot imagine what other purchases would be like. STAY AWAY!

We arrived at 5:45pm Sunday to grab some garden soil to finish my garden. There were 5 people standing at the front registers talking. I said I wanted to purchase some garden soil and the girl said, oh I think they have locked the gate. She got on her radio and talked for a moment before telling me I would have to come back the next day. I guess no one had enough energy to walk out the front door and unlock the gate. Instead they want the customer to come back on Monday during the work week when I don't have time to finish the garden before storms coming in.
The worst customer service I've seen in sapulpa again! I'll never go back there again, they are just lazy. I would rather drive to jenks where they have always been helpful and friendly.
