How long has this bank had their time and temp number active.I remember calling it when I was a kid. And I still call it to this day when I need to check to see if my phone is working or if I need to know the time and temp and don't have access to the net.I was just explaining to my kid about these “old numbers" we use to call when we needed to know the time and temp before the Internet was a thing and everyone used it lol.... He is amazed and said God mom your old. Lol geee... Thanks son lol

I have NEVER been so offended by any-one business/person, as I have with this banking manager Mrs. Cantrell. While with a friend we went to the bank and sat in Cantrells' office so they could withdraw a larger sum to purchase a dirtbike. I asked a few questions about the building as it was older architecture and beautifullly done in marble. Upon getting ready to leave I asked Mrs. Cantrell for a card, who's not always looking for a better bank right?? Her reply was a snooty "why, what for??" Followed by" _____ knows how to get ahold of me." Never looking at me once, while replying.

Fantastic bank but the new call center is terrible. I loved when I could call and get an answer from my hometown bank in a minute or two. Now it's a 30 minute wait for a simple question. I might as well switch to a big nationwide bank. I've been with these guys 14 years but the service had gone majorly downhill unless you physically drive to the location and go see them in person.

I do not bank here. There was an event scheduled for the 3rd so they had Dewey closed down for the day. Mrs. Tammy helped me load my car with my individual. Was very helpful and informative.

Seems like everytime I go to the drive thru now it takes these kids forever to make a transaction...been banking with and for several years now an I'm not impressed by them anymore..in anyway.will be switching soon

I would not recommend this bank, the tellers are great and wonderful but if you have an issue and need management you're in trouble cause she's rude and could care less, how she has a job just blows my mind.

I had been with Arvest for 17 years but they misinformed me on several occasions which cost me money and refused to help me or correct their mistakes. I moved all of my accounts to American Heritage Bank and I have never been happier. Definitely recommend!

Banks are one of the MOST important businesses in our society and you're closed on weekends and close before 5. Who gets off work before 5 pm? I'll never be able to get my debit card back after they cancelled it. I'm gonna have to take off work just to get a debit card how sad is that? Who made that decision? They should be fired
