Terrible service. They gave us a phone that we didn't even want in the first place. They sold it to us even though they didn't even have the one we wanted in stock. They also signed our phone agreement for us and didn't tell us any info on what was happening. Luckily the people at the Tulsa Hills location fixed everything. I will give them 6 out of 5 stars. But stay away from the Sapulpa store.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced besides Ivan letting me in to buy a charger, Michael completely didn’t know how to assist . Thank god I use to work for att years ago, and was able to teach them both how to use opus as I seen the system didn’t change , leaving 2 employees who don’t know how to do a basic easy pay for accy is clearly management fault.Thank you Ivan as it’s not your fault this company failed to train you and Michael on something so basic as a easy pay installment for a charger. I had the BEST EXPERIENCE with Chelsey the store manager!! She is absolutely amazing and super understanding and helped get me in and out of the store!!! I won’t go to any other store!! Thanks Chelsey!!!

"Fine" but won't be there again. Went in to purchase a Samsung smart watch. The new guy named "Jay" was "helping" me.... I wanted to look at and play around with the waych before buying one and wanted to see how a function worked before purchase. None of the employees knew anything about Samsung watches let alone Samsungs. They also didn't know what they had in stock and had to read it off the website twice (I could've done that at home and I shouldve). In the middle of Jay helping me, Chelsea had him stop and go to someone else instead of having them wait in line for the next associate. I was annoyed at this point because Chelsea was super pushy with Jay "give me my tablet", "where's your tablet?", "go over here", "get this for me from the safe since you need to go back there anyway", ect. He didn't understand how to use the safe in the back, however she never once went to try to help him. Jay's been left to the WOLVES. Chelsea literally asked him 3x "did you get the information for your lead?" He answered her every time and she wouldn't take yes for an answer. All while I was trying to buy this watch (could've been a 30min process but ended up being over an hour and a half between him wanting to play with the same watch instead of allowing me to look at it before purchasing and the back and forth between the two associates).
ANYHOW. If he wasn't new and I wasn't actually sure if I was going to buy the watch I would've left but I knew I was getting the watch so I gave him the sale and sat there for about 10 more minutes turning my new watch on just to make sure I didn't have to go back in for more questions.
Won't be back to this location. Tulsa hills is much more helpful and I've never witnessed a new employee being shoved to the wolves and pushed around like that in front of customers. It was yiiiiiiikes and I was trying to get the info I wanted/needed before the sale but I hurried as fast as I could.
TLDR; go to Tulsa Hills.

The staff is always willing to help. Hooked me up with the right people to replace my cracked cell phone screen. After my screen was replaced, they applied my screen saver for me. Awesome customer service.

I was in a mess with my phone and went to the Sapulpa AT&T store. My issue was quickly remedied by Dee. She is an excellent example of positive customer service. She was patient, helpful and made my experience wonderful. AT&T has an excellent tech with Dee. Customers won't be disappointed if Dee assists them. Thank you
