I think the guy who helped me name is as Roberto, or something similar. He did great. Knew everything I was talking about, but gen though I didn’t, and was able to find stuff pretty quickly. Best experience I’ve had buying parts.

It's like the "help" (and TODAY I say that FIGURATIVELY) think that looking busy is BEING busy!!!No service, and they all act like they drank SLOW MOTION potion.

Was there today and normally everyone is nice and looks like they enjoy working here but not this day. One guy was very unpleasant and almost rude. I am a regular customer of this store but thinking of going to O'Reilly next time.

i’m an idiot and know nothing about cars and they were super helpful, patient, and kind. Came back multiple times in a day and were respectful each time. Excellent customer service!

I called them today to ask about a donation in support of a local team. They HUNG UP ON ME! After I said who I was and what I was calling about, I heard a click and the call was over! How hard is it to have commen desency these days?! All you have to do is tell someone that you are not giving donations at that time. We have also been customers prior to this and have also been treated with disrespect.

Interestingly, I previously had great service with autozone - if they did not have what I needed, they were at least eager to help and determine if they had availability, friendly and motivated.Today was different. I needed to get some bumper bolts, a couple of extra wrenches and a new battery charger. I found the $159 charger (ouch - but things aren’t the same as a couple of years ago), located the much critical wrenches for $32, all going good. I could not find the bolts. Waited about 10 minutes until an associate engaged (there were 5 at the store - one on the phone, one standing around, one sweeping, one with a customer and one headed out to smoke). When the customer-assisting associate asked what I was waiting for I showed him the bolt I needed. He pointed in a direction and said the bolts were over there… he then did show me where but said, I doubt we have them but feel free to look around. I did for a bit, then figured I’d just go elsewhere. I left and understood his urgency to get away - he was outside smoking as i walked to my car.Lol, I get to my car, received a call so I was taking it. Next to me, an autozone van backed in next to me. Opened their loading doors, hit my bumper, looked, closed the doors and left. He saw me in the car and could have at least said sorry. I have an old jeep so not too worried about a door ding yet common courtesy must have been too much to expect. Not sure what has happened at this store - maybe it’s a corporate issue, who knows. If any manager cares, I have the tag number of the van - not expecting anything from the folks at this store.

The people here are rude, all but one young man are very rude everytime I go here! O'Reilly's are rude also, advance is where to go, no rude workers and easy to return or exchange item with it without a receipt. AutoZone and O'Reilly's won't easily return anything, its like they treat you as if you stole it, even with a reciept.
