First time I went I loved my hair. Went back a year later for my birthday and my mom paid for me to get bleached hair and pink tips. Ended up with orange hair and an uneven cut. Then she didnt even seem like she was willing to fix it. Also asked her to cut off my dead ends and we discussed where the dead ends were and my hair ends up getting cut half up my back. I literally have cried about my hair and am embarrassed to even go out in public. Would not go back, just wish we could get the money back because now i cant even afford to fix it
