“Just opened a new account here. Was impressed with the small town, personal, friendly service. One small negative was that we were obliged to stand at the teller window while making a substantial investment and were asked very private info, like social security numbers, security questions and pin numbers, while other patrons were nearby. This should have been done in a more private setting. EDIT: Received a phone call from branch manager a few days later, apologizing for this situation. 👍”

“The blond girl Britney (I think that’s how you spell her name ) was very helpful and actually helped me understand more about my account and transactions and how first united does things as well as helping me budget. She also checks up regularly to make sure everything is ok and that you are aware of what the bank keeps/how much they charge for transactions from savings and how to save more money.”

“You ABSOLUTELY can't find a group of more helpful, wonderful, intelligent, ready to the distance for you, and friendly bankers than the First United group at both Sapulpa branches (formerly known as Security Bank) I'm that old! I've had a savings, now a checking account at First United since I was 5 years old. I trust them this much. I don't even live in Sapulpa anymore. Even when I've moved out of state multiple times thousands of miles away, I've ALWAYS maintained an account at First United. If you are looking for a bank, this is the bank. You can do everything online. They offer so many different options of accounts from savings, checking, CD's, etc. Just go online, and you can look up their information. It's all there!! They obviously get a HUGE recommendation from me! Will maintain my account at First United until the day I die!!”
