Beware this location. My 83 year old aunt went in to pick an upgrade. In store ASSociate told her she had to pay 60 for a new sim card. Funny i got told by a customer service agent this is untrue. I knew it was some malarkey when i heard it. Long story short my 83 year old aunt got taken for an extra 60 bucks she cant really even afford all because someone wanted that sales comission. That is awful customer service. Further more the other 2 lines on the account will be replacing our phones by buying one on amazon not from boost. Why? Because you are out here strong arming commissions from the elderly. And tried to get my sibling who is disabled for it too! No we will go give amazon a sale instead of boost-a compatible device is a compatible device. Want me to buy goods from boost? Get rid of the needless upcharge tactics. Its gross. Save it for the auto dealership not the phone store!

Dropped off Hotspot box to be activated two weeks ago and was told they would call in a day or two when it's ready. Now every time we call it's someone else's fault it isn't done yet...

The system has been down for over a month. I had to drive 40 minutes to the nearest Boost .. Sapulpa. Told by customer service if boost to help pay my bill since new systems online messed up. I drive all the way there .. sign says be back in 5 minutes. Ok ? I get needing to excuse self for restroom break. 15 minutes he pulls up with his Arby's sack & shake. Opens up takes sign down. Ok. I give this guy 5 minutes to get settled. Go in. He proceeds to tell me Boost doesn't pay for them a lunch break and he's taking his. Come back after 2pm... It's 125pm. I already waited 15 minutes. So he took an hour off. But proceeds to Shoo me out the door with his hand in gesture. Excuse ME. I have been a customer 13 years... Virgin to boost mobile. Never gripe. Just keep on. But systems down. I can't pay my phone bill from 40 minutes away n had to drive there least you could do was take 5 minutes off stuffing for face to help me!!! So Instead of being demeaned by your highness anymore I had to go to Tulsa. Almost an HOUR of driving...to pay my phone bill. So I've decided after the month of issues and having this man gripe about no lunch hour . To shoo me away to fill his gut. (Shift is only 10-7 ? Bring a lunch. Grab it otw to work). To change phone companies after 13 YEARS!!!Treat ppl with respect. You want to keep your customers? I suggest new employees. I was a waitress for 30 years ...and skipped meals to serve Customer. Customer first. Customer pays for that hourly wage and that Arby's meal n shake

The service and or phone is bad at best. Spotty reception miss calls on a regular basis.. Cost me money and I am getting out of this ASAP. Bad decision choosing them. Cost me money everyday ...i have a phone to make money not lose it. Save yourself the hassle if u rely on your phone mice on

The guy working was being difficult. I was going n with a friend whose phone is broke and she just wanted to see if she could get a new one or have her service switched over to another phone she owned he found every reason as to why she couldn't do either and was insistent she buy a new phone. She has been with boost mobile for nearly 5 yrs and her payment is taken out of her checking account so she's never been late with a payment not to mention she has 3 lines with them, but he said basically unless she was a new customer switching from another provider there wasn't much he could do for her. Why won't boost take care and f their long standing customer like they do their new customer. I didn't get the guys name but he was young and condescending I do remember that much for sure.

Great place to go if you never wanna have service ever anywhere you go. constantly dropping service w supposed high speed data paying for hot spot that doesn't ever hardly work either . Will be switching asap
