My husband had gotten a car from them 2 years ago and has had problems with it since then. They have gone back on there word so many times and when it went to the shop for a simple oil change this past week we were told the car can not be driven due to the leaks. when we told carmart the situation they refuse to help him or put him in something different. i have made i6 complaints on them since then, they will take your money and not help out with anything. they also told him if the car can not be drivin they with car swap, so we went in to talk to them about what they have said they went back on there word and lied to our faces. so now i have made another complaint and getting an attorney. We will no longer be doing buisness with the sapulpa Car mart and will not recommend people to them.

Very nice people was able to help me get in a vehicle that I felt comfortable with I wanted something a little older less miles and small so I got a 2013 Hyundai Sonata drives great push start . Now that I’m pregnant this will be my 2nd child I only had the car for 2months I haven’t put a lot of miles on the car I asked can I get in something with a little more space it’s hard for me getting my in and out my car because it sit low I asked a sales manager he said can’t do much unless I have a someone else take over the payments and then get in another vehicle or wait until I get down to $3000-5000 on my car note to trade it in smh as a car dealership, this is the first one I ever dealt with that wouldn’t help me in a situation like this I can see if I had the car for 5months but most car dealers ships will work something out put you in something else or after 6 months can do a trade in then last resort was he would speak to a hire up and get back with me and still haven’t I pay my car note on time . And this how you treat a customer
