They never answer so you can pay your bill then once you drive up there and call they wanna answer. All they do is sit on there ass all day and they can't answer a simple phone call??? Guess they don't want my money.

I've lived in Sapulpa approximately 25 years and have always been with RWD 3. The ladies have ALWAYS been kind and helpful even during the busiest times I've been in.

5 years of having to call 4 to 8 times in a row for them to answer the phone why is it so hard to pay your bill they only answer because they're tired of hearing the phone ring never have I got someone to answer first try ridiculous.
