I rolled in this morning as soon as they opened and was graciously helped by Andrea in switching my 5 lines from AT&T to Cricket. She was very nice and patient as well as knowledgeable and made the transition as simple as possible. Thank you Andrea!!!

The service sucks in general.the manager has been there for like 4 years now and I’ve never been able to make a payment or even turn a phone on with him.

Tyger helped me and my husband. She stayed past the store working hours to help us with my husband broken phone to help us replace and find the right case and coupons for this quick exchange. We really appreciate her time and helpful nature during this stressful time.

This store needs new employees ive heard alot of complaints about the Sapulpa Cricket Store and i experienced what everyone has been complaining about. I will not go back to this store. The guy up there is passive aggressive and no customer service skills

Worst customer service I have ever gotten from cricket normally when you buy a new device from any other cricket store they always powered on and test it make sure it's going to work before they make the sell final but this place said that it is against cricket policy to open up any merchandise before the sell but yet other cricket stores open it up and test it to make sure the device is going to work policies can't be different for different cricket so in my opinion these are just lazy workers this store is so bad it makes me question why I'm still with cricket because of their customer service

Amberlyn was awesome. She knew what she was talking about & really helped guide us in making our decision for the 3 phones we got on 2/25/23. In the past I honestly never felt as welcomed as I did this time being in.
