All these years of car hauling never seen a manheim closes 1.00 pm on Friday and reopens Monday morning. All other manheims around the country long as you have a gate pass you can pull a car out pretty much 08.00 am to 9.00 pm 7 days a week.They close the gates 1.00 pm on Friday and see you back Monday morning 08.00 am.

No wonder you are going out of business, you want to charge for a membership ($99 a year) to view your inventory. You are cutting out the individuals who is just looking for a cheap pair of wheels. I estimate that is a lose of 35% of potential buyers. Easier to go to a used car mart where I can walk the parking lot for FREE.

Got our car in one piece. But customer service is horrible and seems like everyone that works there is in a bad mood. We were treated rudely but things were taken care of as quickly as possible.

The worst Manheim Location so far. Im a Dealer in Dallas TX. Never wanted to buy any car from this location as its not close to my Dealership. Even though, on last 10/21/2021 they had added 2 cars in my account, from non drivable units, claiming my agent bought it through Simulcast. We happened to call them as soon the first car hits in our account, then they said it might be a mistake and it will be removed, then the next car hits from nowhere. After all this drama, James from Dealer Services, answered my call & not even without listening to my issue, and where I am calling from, refuse to accept what Im going to say, as if he already knew what the issue was.Yesterday, 11/01/2021, I got a call from Manheim Client Care saying they did an investigation and my agent was there at Manheim Tulsa in person to bid on those 2 cars and claimed they have checked CCTV footages. When I sent them the proofs for my agent being in my Dealership on that day, again they switch their word saying its not in lane bidding its online. So far they are refusing to accept its their mistake. Horrible Service. Wish there is someone who listens to Dealers questions & issues in a better way. Very disappointed!!!
