IDK how he has 5 stars, as he knows NOTHING about preparing a simple return. I am buying a home and needed to get my 22 return filed. I emailed him the information, picked up and paid for my return, then a few days later, I got a notice from the IRS that I owe $700 MORE than what he said I owed. I'm not upset that I owe (I knew I would and expected to pay the initial amount, NOT the $700 EXTRA!). I'm upset that KENT MAYBERRY did my taxes and FAILED to inform me about this! BAD BUSINESS! UNPROFESSIONAL! INEFFICIENT!
