I have been with metro for a long time and my business partner and I went into the Sapulpa store and got her phone for our business and a girl named Taryn was awesome she helped us and let me tell u she was friendly and has great customer service she went beyond to help us out Them later we went in there and picked our business tablet out and Tim was the one that helped us out he is awesome to if u need a phone or tablet whatever go to the Sapulpa store Tim and Taryn are the best they will help you out with anything. Thank you Tim and Taryn for great customer service that you guys have you all are awesome 100%

I was having some issues with my phone settings and the app for over a month. I went to the metro store in Sapulpa and Luis walked me through the whole thing and fixed every single issue. I really appreciated his help, attitude, and patience, because i was frustrated. I hope you get a raise Luis! Thank you!

Tim & Taryn are AWESOME!! Tim helped us get our issue resolved despite customer service giving him the run around over & over again, it took him 2 hours but he got 'er done son!!! It was stressful to say the least and he was really chill the whole time. Then today he & Taryn saved us like $20 a month by combining our lines. Plus Amazon Prime for free! They both deserve a raise. ? ?

Tim is highly knowledgeable in ALL of the devices, and services and is extremely helpful. He handles an entire store of patrons diligently, thoroughly and efficiently. The kindness he exudes to every single person is the cherry on top of all these great layers! I don’t leave reviews but I HAD to in this case. Seriously a 5 star establishment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Do not go here, as an ex employee this place is a scam, sol the manager will do everything in his power to scam you out of your money and screw you over, they look for pushy sales people notPeople that genuinely want to help, if you’re thinking about applying here save yourself the time and go somewhere else it is not worth the lies that they spew to you. The manager from memorial Alejandra opened up my register and stole money out of it and they blamed me and took over a $100 from my commission, do NOT GO HERE IT IS A SCAM

Jacob & Taylor were both very helpful. I appreciate their efforts to help get me a new phone. Both my husband's phone & my phone had died. I had been using a tablet my husband had bought at Metro. We've been with Metro since 2018. Good standing account. 5 years. My credit card that I used for auto pay with Metro had been being charged with items we did not approve or know about. When I saw what was happening I cancelled my credit card. I had not put the new card on auto pay with Metro yet.I was calling in the payment. One month I didn't call in the payment. We were having serious family emergencies in our family & it slipped my mind. Metro did not turn my service off that month I forgot to pay them...but.... they cancelled my account. Doesn't make a lot of sense does it. Cancelled my account of 5 years...they did not notify me by text or call that they were cancelling...they just did.So...I had to start over. I ended up paying for a new phone. Jacob did find me a good phone for a decent price. Taylor was learning the ropes & she was offering suggestions like a pro.Overall I was happy with Jacob & Taylor, Metro not so much at that moment.

The lady with the tattoos that wrks there is just flat out terrible.. dsnt know anything about her job & y'all should know better than to leave someone like that to run a store & y'all need to train better as well.. poor girl had know, i mean no clue ad to how to run, let alone wrk at that place..
