Called up here last night for a part the guy that was working the counter said they had 1 and that he would put it at the counter. Come up this morning to grab the part the old guy at the counter told me they don't have it amd he didn't even try to find it. I spend anywhere from 25k-100k a year at oreillys and can't even get some decent help. Waste of my time.

Friendly. New guy needs some more training in the system. You can't get seat belts now. Definitely a worth while place to go for your autoparts needs. If they don't have it they can help you find it.

Went in to get my lawn mower battery that I bought the ending of summer last year. The kid that waited on me hooked up the battery and told me that it was bad. I told him that it was a brand new battery that bought at the end of summer last year. He said that they only have a 3 mo warranty. I said it most likely just needs charged because its been sitting for 5mos. He said your riding lawn mowers don't charge your battery when you use them...I asked him if ever heard of whats called a alternator?? I think he needs to quite that job and walk across the street and see if he can get a job serving chicken at KFC!! Dumba$$!!!!

Scam alert. If the can’t “find” your purchase then f a battery they will not honor an Oreilly branded battery. Do not buy a battery from oreilly I found them to be dishonest

The staff was great; polite, helpful. They came and checked my battery and alternator. Thankful both are good. Showed me how to tell if a fuse is good, both radio fuses were and rechecked my oil for me. I was right with that. They don't make you feel like an idiot for not knowing something and willing to show you how to do something. I've used them in travels in Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinois and the UP in Michigan too, always the same type of service.
