The store feels more organized, the customer service has improved tremendously, and the overall atmosphere is way more welcoming than it used to be. Ryan clearly cares about both the customers and the employees, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs now. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and actually takes the time to help you find what you need instead of rushing you out the door. Definitely one of the most improved businesses around.
