Very helpful staff and was welcomed immediately upon walking in with a smile! The store was very clean and organized with plenty of products on the shelves. (Did not have to play the guessing game on how much the items are, or where they were placed within the store).
The associate was extremely helpful and knowledge about the store, as well as, the products. She listened to my issue and recommended the products I need and advice on how to help my fur baby.

I was a bit disappointed that you could not get a plain old blank tag for your dog or cat that you could just engrave yourself. The only thing that is offered in store are $12-25 computer engraved tags.

Sarah is kind and caring with my dog. She has been Frankie's groomer since he was a puppy. She is the only person I will ever allow to groom my dog.. She does an amazing job. Outstanding professional and exceptional person.

Murissa trimmed the nails of a couple of my canine companions and we had a great experience. Will definitely go back. Great store with nice people.

I like this store a lot. They help with getting pets adopted. Also, they offer veteran discounts. My one complaint is ongoing with their grooming as their online system does not accurately reflect actual opening so I've shown up in the past on two different visits to have my dog groomed only to find out no one was available. Their corporate office does not respond to emails. The online system is actually corporate's fault and the poor workers get caught in the middle.

I used to like this place but the new manager is very rude she didn't want to help us she told us to leave when we asked her for help I think they need a new manager that girl that works there now suck

Got my pups nails filed down and they were super sweet and helpful! I didn’t have an appointment but they still got her taken care of pretty much immediately! My dog hasn’t been groomed before and they handled her nerves very well, will definitely go back!!

Not a lot of variety. Definitely to high on there prices compared to other stores. Would not recommend.
