A $1000 bill for a 6 minute call. And they lie and try to add things to your bill that are not truthful.

I had an awesome experience at the Sapulpa location. I just knew I was going to lose everything on my broken flip phone but....Michael, Destinie, Johanna momma & Mr. Tuttle pulled through! I also added a tablet & internet router. BIG, BIG HELP FROM ALL OF THEM. Great attitudes! Thanks guys, appreciate ya!

Loved working with this great team recently! I was switching from AT&T and Mike, Joyanna and Destini were each so amazing and helpful. The customer service was definitely 5 stars and Destini really knows her stuff! Thank you all so much and for sticking with me when AT&T was being difficult.

We were there on February 9, 2024. Michael and Jessica were just the best. They had a little bumps with the computer and kept apologizing. I told them no apologies necessary. They were so sweet and got us up and going. I good set of young ppl. I will definitely return to your store..

Every time I’ve ever come to one of their stores for help, they’ve never been able to help! What is the point of having a store front? This company is a joke and everything is a hassle. So we left and went straight to T-mobile! Where we were helped right away, super fast, no hassle, we switched our service and it’s cheaper! So save yourself some time (& money) and go with T-Mobile or another company BESIDES US cellular!! Ha, never again. They must not value their customers or care wether they stay or go.
