My carrier refuses to pick up outgoing mail from my box. The first time this happened I stopped him before he left and asked why no pickup? I was told because I did not raise the red flag on the box at which time I told him NONE of the boxes do as it is against our HOP rules. No matter and as expected he did the same thing again. I complained to the IUSPS Manager who seemed totally disinterested and told me to go online and schedule a pickup! No wonder why everyone I know thinks this Agency is a joke but not a funny one,

I have informed delivery and have had multiple packages and mail never delivered and have never gotten help or any of them resolved.

The delivery driver that delivers south of town is terrible. Constantly delivers packages to the wrong address or doesn't deliver them at all even though we have left multiple instructions where to leave that packages. It has been months and we've talked to the post master about it multiple times but nothing changes.

I live at valley view community where there are several banks of p.o. boxes with locks. Yesterday our mail carrier left the whole box open for several hours with the key dangling in the lock tumbler. Lots of mail exposed for anyone to possibly steal identities from. I called the post office 800 line and the guy acted like he couldn't care less about what's happening. This box was unlocked for several hours and I have two videos of it while scanning their area for any potential postman. After taking the first video I left and was gone about 30 minutes approximately and the box was still wide open with mail exposed. This is the second time this has occurred and I have another picture with a timestamp on it from several months ago where the same event occurred with the box being wide open with the key inside the lock. This is unacceptable. For the more I'm terrified because my box was one of the only ones that did not have mail in it! Was my mail stolen?? I have no clue.

After 14 years working at the same place the last couple months has been terrible getting mail picked up. I have called and spoke with a supervisor who hung up on me saying he would just come pick it up he never showed. I thought the issue was resolved but still not. How do they just decide not to pick up mail it’s very frustrating.

Extremly lazy. Went in several days ago to get the keys to my post box and they still havent came to change the locks so i cant use it. I tryed calling today to see when it would be fixed and i called 6 times and no one picked up.

Never not had a package delivered. My wife was home the whole day and they never came up to the door. Just put a could not deliver note in the mail box instead of coming up the driveway. Extremely LAZY.
TWO packages in a row. Both from USPS. Never once had an issue with any other delivery company.

I am so tired of this place being the reason my packages are always delayed up to a week. I am very ill and have to send blood samples (packaged appropriately of course) to a medical center in California once a month and every time they pay for priority mail express which is supposed to be 2-3 days guaranteed, and every time it ends up taking over a week. When I look at the tracking info it’s always the Sapulpa post office that it has sat in for 80% of that week. Sure the medical center gets a refund for the delay each time but it means the anticlotting agent has expired and they cannot do the tests. So I have to poke and stick myself all over again to send another sample, only for it to be delayed again. Finally this week I’ve gotten them to use FedEx instead which is a much longer drive but my god the usps should not be THIS bad. There’s no excuse.

Worse mail service ever. Tired of my packages being stuffed into my mail box. I have complained several times and nothing has been done about it. Time to file a second formal complaint

Please update your hours online. Understand that this location has been short staffed for years. It doesn't seem likely that they will ever hire so suggest the hours be updated to allow patrons to know when services will actually be available. Thanks !

everytime i have something coming from usps i have a horrible experience my package just been sitting there for days and they won’t deliver it to my house this place needs shut down and the people that work there are rude
