At the Sapulpa, OK Walgreens:
I had a very nice experience today June 18. On the phone the woman pharmacist was very helpful with a save card to save me money when my insurance wouldn't pay for my prescription.

Long wait times. They do not answer the phones! Keep turning off my auto refills, and then it makes it a mess. Creating several trips 29 miles one way every few days monthly until they are filled isn't convenient. Corporate needs to do better and allow the stores to staff appropriately. Also, the corporate changed policy that cash rewards aren't automatically given at checkout. If you don't ask for your reward points, then you have to go home and do it via app ( if you catch it, have your receipt and also remember to do it), again inconvenient. Why set up a rewards program for your customers that then make them work for the cash rewards they paid for? Make that make sense. Walgreens makes thousands off our prescriptions if they want to keep customers and the profits? DO BETTER!

Staff is rude. Long wait times. Never answer the phone. Never have meds in stock.

I do not recommend using their pharmacy. They withheld my husband's medication saying we were a day early. They said they couldn't fill it until it had been 29 days. It was exactly 29 days later. And they refused to admit they made a mistake and wouldn't give it to him. Even though we got a message saying they were working on it and went up there and they said it would be done in 15 minutes. Waiting around for over 30 for them to say they weren't going to fill it that day.

I was prescribed 4 medications. 2 were covered by insurance and 2 were not. I called to let them know I would just be paying out of pocket for the ones not covered. They cancelled 3 or the 4 prescriptions without telling me, despite me telling them to fill them.
The script they filled was the one that I needed the least. I will be switching pharmacies.

First of all you have terrible reviews for this location. Second I waited on hold for 48 minutes before hanging up because no one never answered my call it went from 3 calls ahead of you to 1 to the staff is answering calls. I'm simply trying to refill medication that has 3 refills left on it however the auto system for some reason couldn't find my prescription even though it was filled at this location. Now I have to go to the store & most likely wait again either in the drive thru or outside. Thanks a lot.

This pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous. This is the third time now that they have just unilaterally decided to cancel my prescription, without notifying me whatsoever. This should be ILLEGAL if it's nor already.

Store under staffed. Photo lab employees have always been extremely nice in past. But today was a different experience. The photo lab employee would not check out my photo order. She sent me to front to wait in line of 7 people to checkout. The kid that was picking up photos behind me got his order and she checked him out. I was still waiting behind 3 more people up front. Hire more employees and employees that check people out with only photos so they don't have to wait in line for over 10 minutes

Julie in the Photo department went above and beyond for us! We came to pick up a canvas for a party tomorrow. It wasn’t ready and she cut it and finished it for us while we waited because she wanted to make sure it got done! Thank you so much Julie!?

Sadly,a serious one star experience at Walgreens..the cashier was not friendly at all. Goes to show how a simple smile will go along way. That's alot to ask these days i guess. You never know when one may just need it.

After a Walmart employee kept asking me numerous questions about my cell phone and provider, irritating me to the point where I left, I went to Walgreens to look for a popsocket instead. Not only did I find what I was looking for, I had a pleasant experience and was not harassed. The cashier was helpful and got me set up for rewards and further discounts. A lot of people think that Walgreens and Walmart are owned by the same people. A simple Google search will find that they are not thankfully.

Terrible customer service. Absolutely no friendly interaction. Talked to co-workers instead of engaging with customers to find a solution on an issue.
