Do not trust. Sold my son a car, he spent every dime of his savings on, young man getting ready to go to collage. Car was a piece of junk. Within 24 hours it was in a mechanics hands who found that the car would cost much more to fix than the car was even worth and recommended we just bury it. This business refused to make good in any way shape or form, fell back on the "as is" excuse. In other words, so what if your son drained every drop of his savings on a car for college on a car that is not going to last him 24 hours. Complete disregard or empathy. The right thing would have been to trade out for another car of equal value or buy back. but oh yea, the law and "as is" right?
