“Crisis averted thanks to the wonderful guys at Texoma Tire & Auto! On our 2700-mile drive back home to CT from Las Vegas, the left front tire on our Ford Escape was punctured by a small nail. We found Texoma on a desperate drive through Sayre (nearest exit) to have it looked at, right at 5 o’clock, when most every place closes. Thankfully, they are open till 6, and Adam greeted us with smile and had us in and taken care of in fifteen minutes. His calm, friendly, and professional manner put us right at ease. What a great guy and technician.

“We’ve lived in Sayre for 4 years. I was told by the dodge dealer that my motor mounts were blown, and coincidentally, a couple of days ago, (two weeks later), my car started bouncing around. Called Kirtley and got it set to fix today. John was nice, no nonsense, and extremely knowledgeable.
I advised this was my only vehicle, and had every intention of waiting at the shop. John offered to take me home! Then later, he calls and advised the motor mounts are fine, it was the suspension that was the issue. He fixed it, and then brought my car back to me! I absolutely would not expect this level of service every time, but he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude.
Most importantly, I think it’s important to note, because a lot of people almost expect to be screwed over by mechanic shops, not once did he do anything even remotely shady. He fixed what needed fixed, at a very reasonable price, and left it at that. He advised that there some other things that will need attention in the future, but didn’t push or try to upsell. This man/shop now has loyal customers from my husband and I for as long as we’re in the area!”

She's very knowledgeable about her job and she can throw a commercial tire on and off better than most men in the same environment. And best of all she's a great friend!
