“Omg! what a day! We pulled in to the flying J for a snack and as we were leaving our car wouldn't start. While the pizza was just ok, the customer service was otherworldly. Will ran a diagnostic on our car, karle calmed my mom down and called her son to help and see what he could do. Karle and her son Buck helped us coordinate with the local mechanic and the tow company. To say I was blown away by their above and beyond service would be an understatement. I even offered them a tip, which they flatly refused on the grounds of just being good people. Ive never had a gas station renew my faith in the human spirit so much. 11/10 humans+ 7/10 pizza ;)”
