Nora was wonderful. She transferred all our data to the new phone and set everything up just like the old phone. We are not very tech savvy, but she was so patient and understanding walking us through all the password and setup issues. Again, she was wonderful to work with.

Not helpful on several occasions... The most recent was bringing my trade-in phone back on Day 14 (you have two weeks to bring it back) and they stated I would have to bring it to a corp. store in Shawnee to finish because they have a 30 day policy.. Shawnee corp stated that was not the case and Seminole could have accepted my trade in because it was not late at all.
Also gave a false price est. of my trade in.

Good afternoon, my name is Ruben. Me and my wife decided to go to the Seminole Oklahoma at and t store to upgrade our phones 8/19/2025. It started out good but went downhill fast! The transfer of information to my new phone was incomplete. They lost all of my notes and pictures. I could not even make a phone call after we left. Also, they did not give us a receipt. I went home then had to return to get my receipt. I live about 18 miles from the store and that was very inconvenient! When I went back, the women who helped us at the beginning got impatient and started tapping hard with her finger on the receipt about 10 plus times and I finally said, “ you don’t need to tap with your finger so hard, I’m not a 5 year old!” Very unprofessional and childish on her part! Also, she did not break down the charges on the receipt to let us know what the payment would be and discounts and credits and how they work. The salesman Brad at Shawnee at and t explained in detail the next day 8/20/2025! The young man at Seminole at and t tried helping toward the end was constantly looking at her like he didn’t know what he was doing! Then, after all that they charged me $5.00 for a SIM card so that I could use the phone! You might consider hiring people who know what there are doing. To this day, we do not have our email and a few other things! We never had this problem at the Shawnee Oklahoma at and t store. We will never go back to the Seminole Oklahoma at and t store, and we will tell others to go to the Shawnee Oklahoma at and t store instead of Seminole Oklahoma at and t store. Aidan was exceptional!!!! The staff at Seminole have always been helpful and friendly. Aidan helped us as soon as we came through the door. He was Quick and efficient!! And very knowledgeable!!! Great person!! HE DEFINITELY DESERVES A RAISE 😊!!!

Horrible customer service, Rude and Lazy!!! They treated me like I was stupid and didn't even offer to figure out what was wrong with my phone. Had me file a claim on the computer then it says ok call this number and I couldn't use my phone and they didn't even offer to let me use their phone so I walked out. I will never step foot back in this store, I will drive the extra 30mins to the store in Shawnee.

We have never been more disappointed in Seminole AT&T. We have always had the best help there and this time left very frustrated. While our associate did give assistance getting our new phones, she was not kind, she rushed us at every step, she did not thoroughly answer any of our questions in full, she acted like we were a complete nuisance to her and could not wait for us to walk out of her store. We were very disappointed for the first time ever in this location.

Flora was amazing,if it wasn't for her I problem would not of gotten a phone..I'm referring all my friends to switch yo att becuz of her..thank you she's amazing fast ,nice ,she goes the extra mile to help out customers and she can juggle 3 to 4 at a time with no problem..she needs Tobe promoted..She been the best one there since this store opened..I recommend her to everybody..thank you
