“Went into Autozone for a check engine light a few weeks ago, Russ was able to check the codes and it came up mass air flow sensor. Didn't make any since to me since I just had it replaced a week prior. I told Russ I just had it replaced last week, he suggested we check the engine air filter. Im glad we did it was completely clogged. After a quick replacement the check engine light went off and the car has been running great. Im so blessed the service I received from such a knowledgeable employee like Russ to help me save money and not just throw parts at my car. I'll definitely be back to Autozone.”
“I had called this evening around 530pm or so. I talked.to.an.associate by the name.of.Jess. I came in and he came.out to check my battery but on the phone. He said he'd check.the alternator and.the whole system. He had to step away to help a Co worker that was helping a customer . He excused himself and apologize. Then Teagan stepped in to finish it up. Both men were great , professional and did an exceptional job. Kudos. To me.customer service is DEAD, but not with these guys.”
