Since the change from Bank of the West to BMO, the local tellers and even branch manager, have no ability to help or do anything. You can walk in the door and they’ll just call the main bank on the phone and ask them all the questions for you. You may as well use an online only bank because that’s what this is now apparently. If you want a local bank with people who can help you and good customer service Pick literally anywhere else.

I called this bank to close my debit card due to a charge I didn’t recognize and also dispute an overdraft fee I was charged. This was on a Saturday after waiting on hold for 2 hours my call was disconnected. Since they are only open limited hours and I didn’t have time to drive there before they closed I locked my card on the app to keep any other transactions from going through as this unwarranted overdraft fee and unknown charge had caused my account to be overdrawn I didn’t want anything else coming out causing me to be overdrawn. I called the bank the following Monday and spoke to Emilio about what happened he said he could see the overdraft needed to be reversed and that I needed to come in to file a dispute. I told him I noticed other transactions were allowed to come out after I closed my card and I was now being charged for those he said he would look into it and get back with me I called three times over a two week period and the last call I had I was told he would reverse all of the overdraft fees as I never signed up for overdraft protection those transactions shouldn’t have gone through he then says that rule doesn’t apply to pre authorized transactions I said it doesn’t matter I didn’t get overdraft because I can’t afford to be in the hole more that’s why I said I didn’t want overdraft protection in the first place. One week later I got a letter from a collection agency with no fees reversed. This is now affecting my credit score and they are still wanting that money from me and I cannot get Emilio or his manager to take my calls. This is for the branch in Seminole, OK

I’m sure the people are actually good people who just need to work but the bank itself is full of shady dealings hidden fees and horrible corporate services.What out because they charge you double for using atms that are not theirs. Absolutely hate this bank this will be the last direct deposit into this bank they can go eat an expletive for all I care. Bank of the scammers is more like it

I recieved a check from a gentleman who owns a business and has been doing his banking here for many years. I went to this Bank of the West today to cash the check, only to be airily informed that they are not a check cashing facility and it would cost me around $10 if they were to cash it because I do not have an account here. I pointed out that this check came from this bank, but that apparently doesn't make a difference. This man's son and I are now trying to help this guy move his business elsewhere to a bank that is not run by a bunch of greedy sheisters!

GIRLS ARE ALL VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!! THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET YOU WHAT YOU NEED!! THEY KNEW MY NAME WHEN I WALKED IN THE DOOR TO SET UP MY ACCOUNT JUST FROM TALKING TO ME ON THE PHONE!AND HAVE GREETED ME BY NAME EVER SINCE!! I WOULDNT BANK ANYWHERE ELSE JUST BECAUSE THESE LADIES TREAT ME LIKE MY BUSINESS IS IMPORTANT TO THEM?!

I went to this Bank of the West today to cash the check, only to be airily informed that they are not a check cashing facility and it would cost me around $10 of they were to cash it because I do not have an account here. I pointed out that this check came from this bank, but that apparently doesn't make a difference. This man's son and I are now trying to help this guy move his business elsewhere to a bank that is not run by a bunch of greedy sheisters!
