My husband stood in front of the gun area, trying to get someone to help, and even asked what caliber a gun was but got completely ignored. Terrible service! Didn't say hi or bye. I guess they cared more about the stuff the crackheads were trying to pawn than making a sale!

Love this place. Go here quite often as i live only around 20 minutes away. I'm hoping to sell my Williams Legato 3 Piano to them today. It will have the stand, bench, music book holder, 3 music books with a ton of songs, studio headphones, sustain pedal, and huge huge carrying case for everything. If i get $200 i'd be happy.

The girls that work there have always been professional thus far! However, one of the guys that work there (I wish I had gotten his name, but would recognize him if I saw him again) is a mouthy little boy. I guess he thinks that he can talk down to people/customers, well, I will NO LONGER EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! I have purchased several things from them but never again. That little man/boy needs to be fired, he is very unprofessional in my book, and I have been in customer service for over 30 years. You have lost this customer!

Incredibly poor customer service. Was told one price range over the phone and then was given a lower quote in person. When I told the man there that one of the women gave me a higher price range over the phone, he acted like I was lying, had a smirk on his face and became extremely rude. I left and went less than a block away to All American Pawn, where Ireceived exceptional service, and they offered me more for my item. So, if you want a good experience, I would not recommend Circle D, but rather their competitor down the street.

Love this place. Great place to find a good value on guns. Tools, AC, instruments, jewelry, coins, fair pricing and they have layaway. They mark items to their value (what would someone possibly pay for it,) and more often than not, they put it on "sale." That's where you get good deals. The people complaining about the prices and not getting the offer they wanted don't understand how pawn works. It's not a garage sale. Yeah, I've seen items I would buy new at that price, but I've also seen items that are half what you'd pay a private seller. They don't buy everything all the time. Just because they sold it doesn't mean they want it back. They can have too much of something. And if you are insulted by an offer, then get over yourself. Sell it yourself of you think your junk is worth so much, instead of expecting them to go to the trouble of housing it until they find a seller and then somehow sell it for a really low price and still give you a high price to buy it. Get a clue people. This is a quality pawn shop. If you don't find the item or price you want, try a different one.

Prices are too close to retail even on very worn items. They won’t make a deal. Don’t bother with this establishment it would be a waste of your time.

Buy merchandise from them, and a month later they wont even take said items back in as a pawn, say the boss says were not interested. Been doing business with them for over 10 years, they have been reasonable, just having issues here recently. Took a riding lawnmower in to pawn and was told that they would not pawn it, but that they could buy it for $20.

Absolutely a joke... bunch of poorly cared for items and junk at super high prices.. asking more for a used kimber 1911 than what I can get a new one for, they want 1300 for a gold match 2 and I called my dealer in bristow and he can get it new for 1200 taxes included.. .. rude service and "we don't care" additudes.. they should probably research prices a bit.. I'll never come back
