I called customer service and was advised I needed a new sim card and number for my turbo hotspot. I called the store and was told I can't help you unless you come in. All I want is a sim card,a number and activation. Is that too much to ask. Seminole people are clueless and are always new so no one knows what they are doing.

I switched from T-Mobile to Cricket. Went to Seminole location and the 3 employees that work there are the best! We laughed and joked the entire time. Quick and easy service. 10/10 recommend this location ❤️

I bought a turbo hotspot from cricket in Seminole and it doesn't work like they guaranteed it would. I've already taken it back once and they said they fixed the problem and it's didn't work. So I went back and told them again it still wasn't working and the guy wrote down on a sticky note something to watch on YouTube. SMH now after doing a little research it sounds like I'm not gonna be able to get a refund what's up with that. Not only does the device not work I wasn't given a receipt upon purchasing it and I went back twice in the same day and still nothing. My straight talk phone works better with no service better than that. I can tell you I won't ever use cricket again.

Terrible customer service! My 13 spent $200 on a speaker that was broken. We took it back in a matter of hours and they refused to exchange it. The stated all sales are final enough tho that is not posted anywhere in the store.
