Highly recommend this dealership! Great group of people! Friendly, not pushy, extremely helpful with financing, easy process. They made the car buying experience for my daughter so easy. I was dreading going to dealerships and this entire group of people made me feel so welcome. (Like visiting with a group of friends.) The drive belt and master cylinder were about to fail. And they used a C clamp on the exhaust system. Never said anything and it could have been very bad for me.

When they helped me get the car, I was told it's all I can afford. I've driven the car a year and a half. I was told to pay to keep the warranty and at the time didnt want to. It was kind of a bad decision not to pay the warranty!! So if they tell you to, better pay it. Borrow the money!! Do whatever you have to!! The reason I didnt is because I am my own mechanic and I wasn't putting it in a shop. It's too expensive for the parts let alone the labor and you do not want your car to be in a shop!! So far, I replaced my control arms (ball joints), my tires, my sway bar links, my tie rod ends, I couldn't get because the old ones dont have a nut built onto them!! Also I figured out my axels are screwed. Which I knew because they make a noise sometimes (was somewhat aware but was unsure how bad). I was told the car needed the A/C fixed. I've still got to diagnose it. I check the pressure before and had to add. Later checked it and it ran low, needed to add. So maybe a small leak, an ac pressure switch, or even that I need a new compressor. Im not sure. I still left a 5 star review because they was honest and said take the warranty. The mechanic work wasn't and isn't fun but I did save money that way. Buying parts for it isnt fun but it comes with owning a car so no complaints really. The total cost has it where they wont let me refinance. The cars too old, the cost of the car is too high, and the mileage exceeds the limit for me to refinance. Overall, it's been a good car though and has never failed me!! The people at the sales location are really good people also!!

I bought a used car here for $10,500 and it did not last even a week and they do not cover their product. I went next door and bought a brand new car for $50,000 and I'm fully backed and covered and they are working with me on anything wrong with that car. This place will sell you a lemon and laugh at you on the way out the door. Go next door never shop here trust me you will be happy with the Ford dealership compared to this place. I have three more cars I wish to purchase I will never go to this location I lost $10,000 on a lemon here. They do not cover their product. You drive off that lot with that car and a day later it's on the side of the road they will be of no help until you you're on your own.

If I could give one star I would. Kenny straight said vehicle work well mechanically with no issues. Haven't even had the car for two months and brakes, rotars, power steering are out. Kennys response is you have a warranty. Sure they have some great reviews but you could be that one person like me, that gets a bad deal. Is it really worth chancing? Because they do nothing to help. I will post in every group, on every site because it's not okay to do people this way.
