Want to express thanks to Natasha from the US Cellular office in
Seminole. She was extremely helpful in getting my husband and I set up with the new Apple 17 phones. We are older and not real
good with new phones. Natasha was very informative and patient.
Thanks again for helping our transition to the new phones.

I went to US Cellular a couple weeks ago my phone had crashed out and Tasha one of their outstanding employees got me fixed right up within 20 minutes. That is absolutely the best experience I've had at US Cellular and a long time she definitely has my service and I'll be coming back to her for years to come! Thank you for your hard work and y'all should give that girl a raise she most definitely deserves it! She asked and cared about my history and even told me about some really cool games that I would be interested in playing! So if anybody is wondering where to go and who to go through US Cellular and speak to Natasha!!!

The people working at the Seminole branch are great, they are always nice. However, every time my husband and I have gotten a new service from them, we are overcharged. Every. Single. Time. We are told, in detail, what out bills will be. When it comes time to pay the bill, it's over what we were told. Internet service? Quoted $80, charged over $100 (a month). Added line? Quoted $60, charged $80. We even got insurance on my husband's phone due to his work and the possibility of it getting broken. We paid $75 a month for insurance and when it came down to use it, they still charged us for the phone... What was the point of the insurance? This company has lost my respect. I will not recommend them. Disgusting business. They're scamming people.

I've been a us Cellular customer for over 15 years ????I absolutely love, love walking into the Seminole, Oklahoma, 74868 store, and bless there hearts of I'm in there alot, and the team as a whole are so welcoming, and I am always messing up my phone, ??lol,( sad but true story /???? I call them my lifeline to the outside, I half to give thee biggest shout out to my phone genius "my upmost Thank-U??, Thank-U?? To my man , Mr. David Blue ?????He' is usually the first person ???Kimberly hell say ,always with that big ,ol welcoming smile , I hand him my phone ,bamm,bamm hes fixed it ,and teaches me to not do this and defentily please do not down load no apps ,lol ???David Blue is hero, my go to kind,patient US. Cellular man,, I want to say how special and kind he is and has always treated me so respectful even though I know poor guy has got to b tired of fixing my phone all the time , That's not even the case with David Blue , out of Seminole us Cellular , This man is solely responsible for myself and now all my family and friends have switched to US Cellular , Ohhh and the service and quality ect , is the best out there, Respectfully Kimberly Anderson, from Seminole Oklahoma, ????

David is the best. This is the only store I go to. They are all the best. They care. They take time to make everyone happy. That's not easy to do. We highly recommend this Seminole store.

Horrid customer service. I came in the store to transfer service from my son's phone to another phone (my old phone which has been paid for and filed an insurance claim on due to being dropped/broken and subsequently replaced). Madison Mee (employee) immediately began berating me stating that I was committing 'fraud'. She called customer service who declined to confirm her slanderous accusations of 'fraud' on my part. I attempted to explain to her that the insurance covers the phone and not the phone number or service attached to said phone, but she continually interrupted me stating it was fraudulent (while transferring the phone/number to the refurbished phone). She was terribly rude and insulting. I asked to speak to the store manager and was told to call later (guess who answers the store phone and says the store manager isn't there??). This is only a snippet of what occurred and there's certainly more to add. I have been a customer of us cellular for close to or over 20 years and am sorely disappointed in the decline of customer service. I have made a complaint through customer service, emailed the store manager and will continue to await a response.

Every one in the Seminole location is very nice and helpful but Danielle why does she have to be so hateful and disrespectful ? and if she doesn't agree with what you have to say she puts her two cents in. Luckily the nice lady that I was with kept apologizing for her but it's not her place to apologize for her, or for what she says. Danielle should not be in customer service with the way she talks to people and acts very rude. I will call before I go into the store to be sure she's not there.
