Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, had me waiting two hours for my online order pickup, when I had called to ask about it I was greeted with an instant hangup. Kudos to the one kid trying to complete all these orders alone. Oh by the way I asked for a manager only to be told they are on breaks or already gone for the day. What a disgrace
Edit* had to cancel the order entirely, I couldn’t wait any longer

Usually a good experience at this location. I prefer the Super Walmarts IN OKC however. Helpful staff

Didn’t even want to give one star i payed to have same day delivery first they say delayed then they can’t find it now i have to wait 10 days for my money back i will never order on line from this worthless place again and they don’t even know how to answer a phone there

I was in a check out with my granddaughter who is five years old , she had a toy she picked out and six dollars in quarters to pay for her toy. The cashier was extremely rude and told me she could not take the quarters like that ,they had to be rolled (but it’s only $6 ,quarters come in $10 rolls, ?♀️) and said read Walmart policy in a very rude tone . Refusing to sell to a five year old for a $5.54 purchase out of $6 in quarters !! That’s just hateful on her part. I said since when can’t you spend US currency in the USA? I said I’ve always used change at Walmart (it wasn’t a huge amount ,it was only $6 in quarters ) , that’s all my granddaughter had to pay for her toy. The woman then got really mad and said, would you like me to have security explain it to you better? I said why do I need security to explain to me that you’re refusing US currency, it’s just six dollars in quarters and you’re refusing it . I don’t understand why ,that’s all she has to pay for her toy and you’re refusing it. I went a head and paid with a $20 bill for the few items I had, hoping I had enough to cover it and fear I’d have to use the quarters too because she was just standing there being hateful absolutely refusing the quarters as payment and of course my granddaughter just wanted her toy and wanted to use her own money but couldn’t . If my granddaughter wasn’t with me I’d of left the stuff there and not bought anything. So my granddaughter was starting to get upset and I was overwhelmed with the woman making things difficult. I said if this goes over this 20 can I use some of them quarters for the rest, she didn’t think that was funny and was very hateful, it didn’t go over my 20 but my change from the purchase was given in cash and quarters ? to add to the collection of misfit quarters that she deemed unspendable ,the cashier was smirking . I’m never shopping at this store in Seminole Oklahoma again . I’m disgusted. If it’s true about the quarters they should post where customers can see that they refuse US currency in the form of change, unless it’s rolled . I wonder if we’d used the self check out if it would of rejected her quarters ?, there’s no slot for rolled change !! Nope, it would of took it!!! The cashier was just being very mean . It wasn’t like handing over a coffee can of Pennie’s . Cashier was wrong! Period ! I called corporate and they said they take cash and change payments that the cashier was wrong and should of taken the 6 dollars in quarters etc… anyways they filed a report . Idk what happens now but I no longer spend a dime there . And definitely not a quarter .
