“Bought a double recliner loveseat with console. Picked it up boxed. When we were upacking it noticed a visible hole on one of the arms. I called manager Chris at the store and we returned it for the same replacement. Not store fault as it was boxed new.Second one was fine.I thanked Chris for his fine customer service. Recommend this store.”
