This is a great bank. The best service anywhere. This bank does it all and does it best! House, car, save, checking and all the while so helpful and polite.Update: this is still a great bank.

They do foreign transactions at every other branch with arvest when your a member. Asked if i could open an account an deposit my foreign currency in US dollars and leave it in the account. They told me to go to imagration. So my friend has arvest an hes done it for me, i just dont have an account with them. They obviously dont know their own policies. Place should be shut down of they dont know company policy.

Worst bank in town. Sit the drive through for 30 minutes every single day. Going inside is not much better. Would not recommend this bank for businesses at all.

I have noticed improvement lately in speediness and friendliness that wasn't there a year or two ago. In almost 20 years of banking with Arvest, I've never once had a serious problem. Small frustrations here and there but that would be with any bank or any business in general. One thing I do wish would improve is being able to transfer money from my business account to my personal account online. Other banks allow for this so I'm not sure why Arvest doesn't. Other than that, it's a good, reliable bank.

After reading previous negative reviews I didn’t really know what to expect. As soon as I walked through the doors I heard laughter and friendly exchanges between customers and employees!i was greeted by a smiling young lady who immediately asked how could she help me. I had a bit of an unusual request but she diligently and professionally handled it! I say shame on all that gave negative reviews! If I lived in Shawnee I would choose Arvest as my bank! Keep up the good work. God bless you all.

I’m a former bank teller, and I understand being short staffed or busy, but whether there are two cars in the drive thru or 10, the staff allows customers to sit for 5 or more minutes without even saying “I’ll be right with you.” I have had poor service my last several visits. I have banked at Arvest for quite some time, and I’m on the verge of switching banks. I’ve visited at different times of the day, and it doesn’t make a difference. Slow no matter when. I’ve driven off and I’ve also gone inside to get the help I need after sitting in the drive thru. Please consider finding more help or training your staff on greeting customers to be informed that we will be helped as soon as possible.
