“I like the store and the employees go out of their way to help but tractor supply company online shopping has failed multiple times. First it is not easy to use the page. When I have ordered I have gotten the wrong items, dead trees and now a mini bike from Coleman with no bolts. (I will never buy another Coleman item ever again. Worst service dept ever. The company is incompetent). I am thankful that tractor supply has gone out of its way to remedy the situation but they don’t take back anything with gas engines and Coleman won’t honor their label on the box that says return the items directly to them.”

“Five Stars!!! Yesterday was insanely stressful with the holiday. Drove around & around and couldn’t find a space. Finally parked in automotive parking at back left of building. As soon as I got inside I was greeted by Kayla behind the counter. I asked her the best way to get the things I needed and she was so informative. My trip in store was quicker than finding a parking spot outside. Kayla was very busy but gladly checked me out at her counter.”
