I was not looking forward to purchasing a new vehicle due to past experiences with dealers. The employees at Joe Cooper Jeep made the experience a positive one. The salesmen were not overly pushy and the manager was good to work with. I was worried we couldn’t get as good of a deal at a smaller dealership, but we feel like our final price was competitive with the big city dealerships. I appreciate that there wasn’t a lot of unwanted add on costs at the end. We are glad that we weee able to purchase our vehicle locally and will definitely buy again from Joe Cooper Jeep.

I purchased a 2022 ram ecodiesel back in February 2022 I drove it for 3 months and the engine completely blew and needs to replaced. As of today it has been 4 months in the shop with still no ETA for a new engine. I bought the truck from them they were nice enough to meet me half way between Dallas and Shawnee to deliver. The salesman was nice and professional but the financial department forgot to add my tax and fees for registration in Texas. I told them I wanted “an out the door price”. In the end I had to take time off work to go get it inspected and registered. After all of that I didn’t want to write a bad review. What got me upset is after I got stranded in a city I was working at. I called them numerous time each time they’d say that the manager or whom ever is going to see how to help me out. It’s been 4 months and still nothing. They basically told me it’s on the dealership to help me out where it’s been sitting. I wish they would’ve done the right thing and bought the truck back it’s a brand new vehicle and it’s been in the shop longer than I’ve driven it. If you sell a defective vehicle it’s your duty to make it right not to just leave me hanging with a vehicle I can’t drive and I’ve missed out on job opportunities due to this situation.

Excellent customer service from a first time buyer. We browsed for 3 weeks and did our research before we settled on which vehicle best met our needs (my wife is in a wheelchair). The sales staff, Gary and Chlante, were patient and helpful without being the typical used car salesman we expected. On the day we decided to purchase, they had to bring in our car from another lot 50 miles away and still got us signed and out the door with a full gas tank in less than 3 hours. The staff at Joe Cooper Dodge has made a customer for life.

These guys really took care of me the other night upgrading my Jeep Wrangler. They went above and beyond and found me exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t feel pressured, I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off, I didn’t feel like I was being rushed and not listened to but just the opposite.I typically hate going to dealerships and this was honestly the best dealership experience I have ever had by a mile! Their team worked hours after closing to give me a fair price on my 2021 Willys and got me into a 2024 extreme recon that I couldn’t be happier with. Seriously, I told them I wanted an upgrade and I definitely got one hell of an upgrade at a price point and trade in that I was very satisfied with.I appreciate everything these guys did and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Chase and the Joe Cooper finance team was amazing. I wish i had the finance guys now so i could specifically shout him out as well but he did a great job explaining to me the best warranties to have for the cars i got should something go wrong. I picked out the cars i wanted online and Chase had them ready for me, knowing I’d be driving 2+ hours away to come get them. TWO CAR purchase in one day and they still had me in and out the door in less than 4 hours. I’ll have a teenager soon and will definitely be back to Joe Cooper in Shawnee for their car as well.

Kenyad Blair is awesome. He answered every question I had, quick response time, and he was so open and honest about everything. He worked really hard to make sure I was happy, and I truly love my new vehicle. Thank you so much! If anyone needs a new vehicle and doesn't want to be given the run around....call kenyad! Supposedly they do a 150 point inspection on used vehicles and bring the vehicles to high standards. My vehicle had a messed up axle, slipping transmission, extremely dirty air and cabin filter. Like gunk was behind the air filter getting in the engine. I went to speak to Jason Valentine the gm over the dodge dealership. Let me tell you never hire a used car salesman as a general manager. I felt like I was talking to another shady salesman. For one, he never called me back so we had to go up there and then when he knew he had disgruntled customers he left us waiting while he shot the crap with some guy in the dealership room..we waited over 30 minutes watching this guy make no effort to get to us. Then as I was explaining the situation he just filled the air full of it. Admitted they messed up but wouldn't as so much apologize. Tried to tell me they don't do full checks on more mileaged vehicles.... so you check the newer ones but the older ones that really need it apperantly they just ignore them...You ask him a question his answer is yes and no.... that's not an answer. He said he has something busy going on that day and he could help us the next day where as you could see his wife over there waiting on him for lunch. Apperantly lunch with his wife is more important than dealing with disgruntled customers. He also insulted my wife calling her emotional. That's not your place especially when dealing when disgruntled customers. He also lied when I asked him who the district manager was. He gave me a name so i contacted the dealership in edmond asking them how i get a hold of him/her. They said there is no district manager and will have corporate get a hold of me. Like literally jason valentines employees where more sorry than he was. The next day I told him I would be in around 11 and he said yea just ask for me so I got up there about 11:30 and he was "in a meeting". So I came back like they said around 1. He said did you want to deal with corporate or me? I said I'll see what you have to offer. (That way i can inform corporate on that as well). He told me corporate would say the same thing... (I'm not just calling corporate to try and make it right but I am also reporting you). He showed me 4 vehicles he would trade out for me. Keep in mind I put a very large down-payment on this vehicle. All those vehicles he wanted to trade I would lose out 4,000 dollars and they were trash... not to mention these vehicles were only in the dodge parking lot. He had two more dealerships right in front of him and they say they can pull from any cooper dealership in oklahoma and this is what he offers me....If it isn't making money he doesn't want anything to do with it. Asolutely terrible manager and extremely shady place. Oh and I have to pay for the transmission flush too. DO NOT BUY FROM JOE COOPER PERIOD!!!

Great experience with the dealership. Clayton was very responsive. I emailed on Sunday evening about a vehicle he responded first thing Monday morning and then also followed up with a called. Then went out of his way to send a video of the vehicle since I was over a hour away. Stayed 2 hours late to meet us for a test drive. Then, we drove our vehicle home that night. Great customer service. Thanks we will be back.

By far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The entire process was very smooth and easy. Tito my salesman, and everyone I dealt with was very kind, professional, and HONEST. The one thing you don’t get at a lot of car dealerships. Very laid back and no pressure sales. HIGHLY recommend these guys!

My husband and I experienced terrible customer service. Was charged for something that was supposed to be free. Was told a refund check would be sent to us and it would take 2-4 weeks to receive. It’s now been 14 weeks and we still haven’t received the check. Every time we call we can never get ahold of the person we’re trying to reach. When we leave messages we never get a call back nor will the finance guy, Macen, text us back. We have even driven up to the dealership a few times but no one who can help us is ever available. Kyle, the finance director, said he would call us when the finance/accounting people were there, but of course we have not heard anything from him. Seems like the dealership is trying to avoid correcting the issue. This dealership is dishonest and I do NOT recommend anybody doing business with them.

Safety concern. Do you love your family? Do you want to come home after a simple 4 hour tire rotation? DON’T GO HERE! Took our truck in for a oil change and tire rotation. Two rear tires were coming off while going down the highway while we were pulling a trailer!!

Pros: very friendly, someone had a reservation for test driving the car but they Joe cooper let us try/buy before them! Love the carCons: we had a pre-approval and was assured that they would be able to meet/beat that rate. During the sales process, we asked to see the rate multiple times but was told that we had nothing to worry about. They didn’t tell us the rate until we went for signatures at finance. It was almost 50% more than the rate I had in hand. When we brought up the rate with the finance guy he said we could always refinance at a later time.That seemed a little shady and left a bad taste in our mouth.If you want gap insurance only, DEMAND that. They’re going to “get you a better rate if they can bundle” the gap insurance with other stuff.

Had a great experience with Adam! We weren’t sure if we wanted to trade or buy another vehicle just yet but loved the new jeep wrangler 4xe. Adam was very patient and helpful at showing us all the different models they had and helped us get a great deal. Some of the vehicles were discounted due to hail damage (which you could barely even notice) We love our new jeep and would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check them out

I was an out of state buyer and had a great experience. This is due to the honesty and integrity of their salesman Christian.
