Worst experience ever buying a car at this place. Have had this car since November 17 and two days later I started having problems with it. They make you for a service “warranty “ but it doesn’t cover the issues that it has. They saw a woman needing a car come in alone, and you know…easy prey. They bought this car from the previous owner without inspecting it and repairing the issues I was supposed to bring in two toys as “part of the down payment and
I’ve been having trouble getting the toys to them and they keep harrasing me about it.
I’m not only mad but I’m also highly disappointed with this dealership.
I was warned by a couple of people who have worked there and I was told to stay away from Car Mart. I didn’t listen because I needed a car immediately and that was the only place I could go.
Please stay away from CarMart for your peace of mind.

Got a car from Car-Mart Shawnee this past Saturday. Even though there were some minor hiccup’s, I was able to leave as a satisfied customer and with a great car. Thanks to LaChelle, Jimmie, and Seth for their awesome work getting me into a car and making this an easy car buying experience!!

Have been in the market for a new vehicle for a long while now, have been to multiple dealerships who just either denied me or kept me there screwing me around for hours. I came to Car Mart and received amazing help from Seth and Lachelle they did their best to find the right fit for me, went an extra step to help me find insurance and even stayed past closing to get me into a car. Fantastic place!

They are true to there word, had trouble with a car within 3 days of purchase and true to there word put use in another car. I applaud and recommend them very much.

Came in on Saturday to trade in my vehicle. The environment was great and everyone was so kind! Lachelle made the process so easy and explained everything perfectly. I am very picky and had lots of questions and she answered all of them with a smile on her face. Thank you guys so much for my car!

They got me in a new car and they let me use my car that wad broke down as part of the down payment. They are working with my low income so I can afford the car. I 10 out of 10 recommend them if you need to get into a good vehicle.
