I love that CrossFit meets you where you are. When I first walked in, I couldn't do one push-up... not one. The workouts were adjusted and as I built the strength, I found myself doing things I couldn't do when I started. That's the thing, CrossFit meets you where you are and what's even better is that you're surrounded by people who are in it with you- you are NEVER alone. At CrossFit SDG, I found a family. A group of people who love, encourage, and challenge me. A group of people who want to see you grow in all areas of life. There's nothing like it, all you have to do it show up.

When it comes to working out, there is no other place I rather be than CrossFit SDG. Their methodology is unique combining Gymnastics, cardio and weight lifting. CrossFit coaches are CrossFit certified and the CrossFit community is always encouraging. Awesome people??? At 66, I feel I’m in my best physical condition. I highly recommend CrossFit SDG.

When I moved here two years I was searching for a new gym and came across CrossFit SDG. I attended a class not knowing anyone and not having any experience with CrossFit activities. I was scared and intimidated but what I found surprised me... I found a tribe of amazing, supportive, like-minded people who I call my closest friends today. The coaches and members at SDG create a place where I can challenge myself and learn something new daily. They encourage me to show up and be the "best me" I can be! If you're on the fence about trying it out, do it! You won't regret it!
