I don't know where Brian the manager finds his people at, or if it's his commitment to excellence, but every single person there is amazing!They are kind, courteous, and really looking out for the best for the customer and in each other.I watched a well oiled machine at work as I got my tires taken care of. They all looked like they were having fun and where happy to be there. This is hard to find in these times. I watched Brian coach his people and lead by example on a very busy day and he was as cool as a cucumber. You should have him lead a class on not being a manager but on how to be a leader! Great job, Brian and Team! I will be back.

Jeramie was great. My car needed a balance and rotation and I was shocked at how quickly I was able to check in and get my service conducted. Good job discount tires.

Bought my vehicle in with a tire that had a slow leak. Repaired and didn't charge me. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
I did go online and make an appointment in advance, which made it easier and quicker.
Second review. Here to get a new set of tires for my truck. Had an appointment. Arrived early, was greeted by an associate and gave my keys and lug nut key. Approximately an hour and a few minutes had new tires installed. Everyone was friendly and nice. The only strange thing, in my opinion, is I had to ask for a receipt. Even though I prepurchased on line, I would think they would offer a receipt without asking.

Pitiful. Painful. Incompetent. You get the picture. After waiting for 1 and 1/2 hours for tires to be mounted and new tire pressure sensors I was advised my truck was ready. Well they forgot the TPMS . An hour later I was ready to roll. Tires completely unbalanced. So bad was the balance job the weights were falling off in my driveway. Guess 2&1/2 hours was not long enough I get to waste more of my time there. Pro tip for you professionals clean the mounting area before you stick the weights on. Last time for Shawnee location.

Discount tire on kickapoo did a great job installing new tires on my truck. The employees that helped me were professional , courteous and very helpful. The manager Matt and his coworkers Ethan and Demetri kept me informed on the time it takes and the process used to do the job. Thank you guys!!!.

Went in with a screw in my tire. I got lucky, it did not penetrate to the inside of the tire. Quick in and out. The staff here are great!

We've been to the location in Shawnee twice now for two full sets of tires. So far they have been very quick when you have an appointment, and they seem to have the best price around. Neither one of my cars are worth hardly anything, but nice tires are always a plus.

I buy all of my tires from DT. Have for 25 years. This time buying tires, I bought online and setup an appointment just to try and avoid the upsell. That didn’t work. They are still trying to upsell me on their “protection plan”. If a set of tires wasn’t already over 1500 bucks maybe I would buy it. But Jesus guys, have you seen this economy?
This morning 10/16/25. Pulled in at 8:58, had a 9:15 appointment. Before I could get to the front door a gentleman came out and greeted me, knew what tires I had bought and all that. Took the keys from me and said he would get right on it. THEN asked me about the upsell. I refused it. I was the 3rd customer there waiting. Since arriving the same guy had taken in 4 more vehicles and had already started working on those. My truck still sitting where it was with no indication as to when they are actually gonna pull it into one of the many OPEN bays and install the new tires ? Maybe it got pushed down on the schedule because I turned down the “extra” coverage ?

Best guys/ girls work here. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They are always ready to assist. I do miss seeing Jesse Vanbuskirk he always brings the biggest smile and energy to the store. Good thing you guys still have Ethan and Rachel they are great, always smilinh, very attentive and helpful.

I stopped by to have air checked in my tires due to a tire pressure light coming on. The tech noticed a nail in my tire and fixed at no charge because I bought all my tires there. I was so happy he spotted that nail.
