I’m so glad I brought my car here after being beat up with hail. You can’t even tell!! They were fast, friendly, and do amazing work! I hope I never need body work done again, but if I do, this is where I will go.

Downtown Auto Body is a very good business to choose for your repair needs. They were recommended by a paintless repair shop after the first shop decided that the job was too big for them, and we're very happy that we choose them. Kim was very good about weekly updates after the initial daily wrangling with the insurance company. The quality of the repairs are very good, and there were many issues to deal with. The windshield needed replacement, along with recalibration of the safety features associated with the vehicle. Paintless and conventional body repairs were both required and Kim coordinating each step efficiently led to a job well done. Thanks to you and your husband, our hail ridden Subaru Forester looks brand new. My wife and I are very happy, thanks again for a job well done.

I gave them five out five star, because they they had a hard time finding and getting the parts my truck needed to repair it, and the job they did was excellent. You can't even tell it had damage to the left side of bed, left cab corner, and left back door. Thanks you guy for all the hard work you did on my truck.
