I have bought many many games from this place I recently bought a smash Brothers Nintendo switch for my little brother and got a warranty on it come to find out he already had one I took it back the nexted day with in their 7 day policy and they would not refund the warranty 37.99 I have to say this is rather disappointing after all the money I have spent here Walmart would have treated me better.We preordered this 120 game it will be the last game we buy here.Stay greedy GameStop

Good selection of current and last gen games. Also lots of other merchandise related to pop culture and video games. Only taking off a star for the fact they don't generally carry my size in shirts, 3xl.

I went in on September 17th and got a mouse, a warranty, and a year subscription. The computer froze before printing my receipt and the cashier rang it all up again and charged me a second time even though I showed her my bank account showing the transaction already went through. Now I'm fighting to get my money back bc I was charged double for one transaction. She told me it would "probably fall off but if not you can call customer service". Guess what, Autumn, it didn't fall off and nobody has been helpful. Can you even purchase two one year memberships for the same account? I'm only requesting one of the $65.58 charges refunded. I spent it once, but not twice. You know your computer froze. You know I didn't buy two of this stuff. Come on. I should never have been charged again after proving the transaction went through. Yet here we are...

Purchased a new controller for a PC , there was a Xbox code that was for trying the monthly service and the code was already redeemed. Now I think they charged me for a new controller and gave me a used one.... So not happy with them

Went in to buy a meta quest and was ignored by the guy behind the counter. He talked to the one other guy in there for 15 min and never said a word to me even when I walked out. Won’t go back

Ron was the only one working when we went in and it was extremely busy. He was kind to everybody and very patient with us while we traded in multiple consoles and games and didn't show any signs of irritation. We were able to conversate with him easily while waiting for the systems to be checked. He definitely deserves some recognition!
