Every now and again you’ll find a decent condition item with a fair price. However, most times housewares items are priced absolutely ridiculous. The OG price for this little dish was 4.99 - goodwills price is 3.99…. Since when is a $1.00 considered a “thrifty” savings? .99 cent dollar tree items marked for. 3.99, Saw another beat up pair of shoes for $21!? ALL goodwills (Especially the on located in Shawnee ok) need to revisit their price points.

Terrible experience. None of the people working there knew where the kids clothing section was. The womens pants were in the men's pants section. They wouldn't let me buy a belt because the belt did not have a tag on it. Not going there again.

By far one of the WORST goodwills I have EVER been to. They would not let me use my military tax ID card, They had no dressing rooms to try anything on, no baby changing stations in the restrooms, the line originally had 3 people in it and we waited at LEAST 15 mins, the next line was all the way from the front door back towards the bathroom, people were leaving their carts and leaving because they were tired of the wait. Clothing was too expensive, childrens clothing in tulsa, glenpool, Bixby, broken arrow and durant are only $2.49, they were $4.99 here and broke up sets so you had to buy individually. Woman's shirts were $6.99 in the other towns they are $4.99. Purse and shoes were 12.99, other towns they are $4.99. I will NEVER come here again.

Staff was friendly. They have alot of clothes however nothing in there is my style. I picked up one shirt and it had deodorant marks all over it. It was also very hot in the store.

Friendly staff every time I visit but there never seems to be the same staff at any time and I visit frequently. Great prices. Good selection of items. Will definitely go back again and again.

I love the cool, random stuff that can be found here. One of the best things is the amount of nice, expensive things for cheap prices, finding $100 jeans for under $10 makes it one of my fav places to shop at. I docked a star just coz the heat makes it miserable to shop in there rn since their ac is broken & I feel for the ppl stuck working in there all day like that too. Also, almost all their pants right now are skinny leg, which I can't stand to wear, & there were only 2 pair around my size that weren't.

I visit their store weekly if at all possible. It’s the best place for shoes and books and the occasional furniture find.

Would never return to this store. I had an item in my cart(a chair) and the store associate literally took it out of my cart! I watched the lady look at the other one after I had loaded what I was going to purchase into my cart. They said oh we will give you a deal on what you purchase but we have to take this. Yeah, no thanks! I just walked out. Very rude and unprofessional.
