Great Planes Kubota, Shawnee, OK
Stopped in unannounced to look at a Kubota cabbed tractor. Greeted by Chris and Garrett Roberts. Bought a Kubota tractor and equipped it like I wanted. Never felt pressured, very knowledgeable staff, courteous, patient-and always available away from the dealership to answer my questions. I’m thrilled with this purchase and compared tractors at the recent local farm show. When you buy a machine like this you are buying a dealership and customer service here is top notch from the sales staff, parts department and mechanics in the shop. The price was right and they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I highly recommend GP Shawnee and ask for Garrett for your tractor needs. They will even deliver!
Garrett Roberts was my salesman, very knowledgable, went above and beyond with personal attention and patiently answered all my questions. When my tractor was delivered, Chris made sure I was familiar with all the features and coached me thru its operation until I was comfortable operating before he left. Outstanding!

We were looking to purchase a brush hog. For a week we continued to try and get information from the ada location with no success, not even a return phone call. We called the shawnee location and they were quick to find what we needed and pick it up from another location. What a stark difference in locations and service. I highly recommend foing to the shawnee location for all your kubota needs. AWESOME staff, very friendly and helpful!!!

Just bought a new SCL1000 mini skid steer from Chad at Great Plains Kubota in Shawnee. Awesome experience. They were extremely knowledgeable and willing to share their expert advice. They were even willing to deliver my machine. Rare to find this level of service!

If you are looking for a good mower or a good salesperson, just swing by GP Kubota in Shawnee. They have a good selection of mowers and Garrett is a great salesman.
Our buying experience was quick and super easy with Chris and Garrett leading us through the whole process.
I have to say that I was impressed with everything at the store and even more impressed with the mower we purchased.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a mower from Great Plains Kubota in Shawnee, Oklahoma and let me tell you, it was an experience worth writing home about!
My girlfriend and I moved from the suburbs of Dallas to over an acre in Choctaw. It was then that I realized I haven’t mowed a lawn in 10 years! Great Plains Kubota was recommended to me and I was fortunate to connect with Garrett Roberts at the store in Shawnee.
Garrett's customer service skills are nothing short of legendary. It's like he was born with a Kubota catalog in one hand and a "How to Charm Customers" handbook in the other. Not only was he knowledgeable about every nut and bolt on the lot, but he also had the patience of a saint. I must have asked him a million questions, and he answered each one with a smile, never once showing signs of irritation or a desire to run away screaming.

I was looking for a skid steer to rent for some work on my property. From the time I walked in the door until I dropped my equipment off I was treated with professionalism and expertise. My knowledge of equipment sizes left me without the ability to make clear what my needs were. The staff was patient and very helpful. In the end, I was able to get a piece of equipment that met the demands of the job I had in mind. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I appreciate the professionalism and the quality of my interactions with everyone involved in the transaction. I will definitely rent from Great Plains again. I have to give their driver that was in the white Silverado props. While on 177 there was an erratic driver who cut him off multiple times and he never reacted or gave into any road rage. He handled it 100x better than I would have.
