They lied multiple times about looking at the vehicle after brining it in the day before. Once lied to I can not trust and they did nothing to the vehicle.
Update took vehicle to E&Just and the fixed the vehicle. Brought it to the shop at 3 pm and picked up at 8 am when they opened next day. Verified Hibbdons lied!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the Hibdon Tire location during my recent visit. I had a 9:00 AM appointment and arrived at 9:12, but my vehicle was not brought into the shop until 10:30. Once it was, the store manager, Robert Grote, informed me that I needed new tires.
I explained that I purchased my current set of tires from this same location, and that they have only 50,000 miles on them (purchased at 173,000 miles, now at 224,000). These tires were sold to me as 80,000-mile tires, so they should still be well within their expected lifespan. The manager told me that the warranty is handled by the manufacturer and only covers workmanship and defects — not mileage.
When I asked for it in writing, Mr. Grote appeared irritated and made me feel as though I was asking for something unreasonable. I also asked him when alignments are recommended, since I have a lifetime alignment plan with Hibdon. His response was simply “as needed,” which was unhelpful and dismissive.
As a customer who purchased both tires and a lifetime alignment plan from Hibdon, I expected better communication, accountability, and professionalism. I rely on my vehicle for work and cannot afford unclear answers or delays. It was 12:24 PM before my car was ready, even with a scheduled appointment.
At this point, I’ve decided to take my future business to Discount Tire or through my Goodyear national account via USAA, which supports city and government employees. However, I hope Hibdon Tire reviews this situation and provides better training to ensure customers are treated with respect and transparency

I had to get new struts, a control arm, and an alignment and the people here helped me apply as many discounts as they could and the job was finished in less than a day. My car drives much better now!

called ahead 20 minutes before heading to have 2 tires replaced and was told tires were in stock. to save time figured it'd be 20 or so minutes to swap out. nope just a bit over an hour, they weren't busy, here’s the kicker, the service guy came out and said we hade 2 different size wheel/rims..umm what? then nvm just couldn't find it. decent customer service, just not timely.

The customer service was fantastic. Robert actually made having a flat tire an enjoyable experience. There was even fresh coffee and homemade muffins available for the customers.
