“I went to get paint and they accidentally forgot to clean the buckets (3-5 gallons) I just got off work and wearing scrubs and while transferring them to the cart it got all over my scrubs. I had already had an emotional day and just started crying. The manager was so understanding and sweet and gave me a refund for my time/trouble and a new pair of scrubs. (Which are about $80 for top and bottom) It made me feel very understood and cared for as a PRO customer.”
