If yall aren’t open until 9 like your website says then close the doors at 8 instead of piddling around at the entrance and telling people who walk up that you’re already closed, all while being on your phone

Been shopping at this location since the late 90s they always have the most amazing people working there and the items they carry are very unique and not insanely overpriced

Very disappointed in customer service today as I stood in line for a good 15 minutes waiting for the cashier to quit talking to a family that already been cashed out and handed their receipts . She looked at us a couple times and kept talking like we weren't even standing in line. I will never go to this location as it was very unprofessional!

While HT always provided a unique style, their prices have exponentially increased over the years while the quality remains less than stellar. I made an online order of over $200 in addition to $100+ in store order and it’s been 2.5 weeks and I’ve received 1 item of all item. I also tried to used the coupons I received in store and much to my surprise, when entering the code the total price INCREASED! Coupons are essentially useless unless you buy something that is not currently considered on sale. With the price HT charges at the very least your shipping times could be better and processes more smoother.

I love hot topic there jewelry and stuff but I went in there on cyber Monday and I asked the lady if she could show me the earrings that were on sale in the lock cabinet long story short she said she'd help me when she got done with what she was doing I stood there for a cool min waiting paitently for her to get done and when she got done she walked right past me and talked to the other customers I'm sure she knew personally and didn't help me... so instead of getting what I was wanting to get I just left not a good customer service person
