No one returns calls

2 had e mail
Card replace locked up use at locations ext not my purchases but got hacked .
Explanations over e mail
Too many to list .
Don't really know what to say so 😕.
Nothing more
HOWEVER THIS IS NOT ONLY BANK KINDA REPEATING SAME CUST SERV AS THE ONE DOWN THE STREET IN 2017.

Excellent customer service. Shelby Jarvis the branch manager and Kate we such a big help. No bank could ever live up to their customer service. They helped me find a way to deal with all of my banking problems and even came with out of the box suggestions. Thank you so much!

Don't really know what happened with the other customers speaking for myself when I went in had nothing but five star excellent service from bank manager to the bank tellers
Hopefully I will not catch them in one of y'all's bad experiences people are human regardless they're on their job or not
Anyways that was my experience excellent five star uptown service they need a raise and a bonus

I actually stopped banking with them because they don’t do there job beside one employee which sadly was my mom. The reason I stopped banking is because I came in to close my account and open another because my ex stole my bank information they didn’t close it and my ex overdraft Ed my bank $400 and they wanted me to pay it so I left the bank.

Blane and Brittney went over and above to help six of our employees on payday when our driver had a flat and didn’t bring payroll until 15 minutes after IBC had closed.They stayed and worked overtime just so our employees could feed our families. Greatly appreciated and would recommend to anybody

We usually bank at the Portland branch or the north May branch in Oklahoma City, but we've stopped into this branch from time to time during visits to Pottawatomie County and have been treated with courtesy. Five stars

The new branch manager is very unfriendly and will not wait on anyone. She stands there waiting on one of the other girls to do it while customers wait. If she can't tend to customers why is she there!!?? Those girls there are the absolute best and nicest ever and deserve someone who will work just as hard as them.

My mother called about her account, she deposited a check that was made out to me from a prior company I worked for and was a left over for my 401K- we just moved here. Anyway, the check was returned (waiting to find out why or if it is true) for $5.70 The bank did not notify my mother who is on Social Security, they just closed her checking account. This wasn't on our part or anything we did. They didn't contact her and when she gets online it is still showing the account as if it is still open. I called to find out if they can reopen due to her money being deposited next week and bills being ACH withdrawn. They said no you can come back in with the mailed SS Check and open a new account! no thanks you're a piece of s*** bank and we should of known that when you put a 15 day hold on funds from the previous account she had. When we all know the funds are available within 48-72 hours and actually could of been withdrawn that day and moved over to the new account. So basically GFY- IBC
