I actually stopped banking with them because they don’t do there job beside one employee which sadly was my mom. The reason I stopped banking is because I came in to close my account and open another because my ex stole my bank information they didn’t close it and my ex overdraft Ed my bank $400 and they wanted me to pay it so I left the bank.

Blane and Brittney went over and above to help six of our employees on payday when our driver had a flat and didn’t bring payroll until 15 minutes after IBC had closed.They stayed and worked overtime just so our employees could feed our families. Greatly appreciated and would recommend to anybody

We usually bank at the Portland branch or the north May branch in Oklahoma City, but we've stopped into this branch from time to time during visits to Pottawatomie County and have been treated with courtesy. Five stars

The new branch manager is very unfriendly and will not wait on anyone. She stands there waiting on one of the other girls to do it while customers wait. If she can't tend to customers why is she there!!?? Those girls there are the absolute best and nicest ever and deserve someone who will work just as hard as them.

My mother called about her account, she deposited a check that was made out to me from a prior company I worked for and was a left over for my 401K- we just moved here. Anyway, the check was returned (waiting to find out why or if it is true) for $5.70 The bank did not notify my mother who is on Social Security, they just closed her checking account. This wasn't on our part or anything we did. They didn't contact her and when she gets online it is still showing the account as if it is still open. I called to find out if they can reopen due to her money being deposited next week and bills being ACH withdrawn. They said no you can come back in with the mailed SS Check and open a new account! no thanks you're a piece of s*** bank and we should of known that when you put a 15 day hold on funds from the previous account she had. When we all know the funds are available within 48-72 hours and actually could of been withdrawn that day and moved over to the new account. So basically GFY- IBC

1 review 1.0 star rating 11/29/2017 Run don't walk away from this bank! I have had multiple fraudulent charges hit our debit card (over $1000 in one instance). The dispute process through this bank takes FOUR MONTHS in order to get your money back. This has happened to us twice. The fraudulent charges hit our account because of the ever increasing overdraft protection attached to our account which was against MY EXPRESS WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS. I consented to the minimum over draft coverage of $300 attached to my account as a requirement but instructed no more. Once again we were in Mexico and our card was compromised. We were aware of the problem in advance so we canceled the card (not convenient on vacation) and transferred all money out of our account. We reported the card stolen prior to any charge hitting despite that they allowed a $790 charge to go through AFTER my card was cancelled and despite there being no money in my account. I was told I had now had over draft protection of $700 (yet they allowed $790 from a dubious Mexican charge). I will now have to wait four months for the 3rd time. This situation does not include the over draft charges posted to my account inappropriately. I watch closely and have to have them all reversed. The constant turn over of staff so service is hit or miss. The fact that they will no longer take Money Orders if you get one FORGET about depositing it you will just be out. Nor does it count for the fact that they will put an 11 day hold checks being deposited even Cashiers Checks from verified or local banks. RUN RUN RUN!!!

The worst company to work for! The associates are lazy and do not care about their customers. They are just out to meet their quota! It is a numbers game to them!!!
