Excellent Service. Although, I have a ton wrong with my truck, they found everything that needed fixing. They detailed everything in a video. They made suggestions and recommendations. They have been a great help and have been great customer service technicians.

Everything was great until i realized i was lied to. Took the vehicle to get checked out somewhere else at joe cooper dodge of yukon , and realized i was lied to nothing i was told was replaced was replaced and it dis not pass the inspection, but somehow it passed the inspection at cooper csdillac chevrolet in shawnee. Despite calling for 2 weeks and trying to get the vehicle fixed, waiting on call backs not recieving them once they found out the warranty they sold me and said covered these thing doesnt cover it at all. They wouldnt even honor the 3000 mile cooper certified. I was lied to now im left to fix thousands of dollars in replacements that i can not afford. I will never refer anyone to this place! Was told if i had of something before i left the dsy of purchase it would be different, hard to say something when your told the reason it does that is because they were just replaced. This place does not honor there word in anyway. Will never be back and will definitely tell every one to stay away from here. Bad business for sure!

Biggest rip off ever!!! Haven't even had my truck for 2 weeks and had engine failure are refusing to fix the issue and will not contact me DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT

Purchased a "Joe Cooper Certified" Cadillac suv. The "certification" is described as "a multipoint inspection performed by our expert team right here in our service center. We check items such as tire tread depth, engine performance, battery life", etc. "Certification" comes with a 3 month "limited" warranty. Less than a week later and I have to buy an almost $300 battery. Batteries, though allegedly part of the rigorous inspection process, are not covered for even a week. They also try to sell you a $7k extended warranty through a company also owned by Joe Cooper, and charge $695 doc fees, among other shenanigans.

Joe Cooper Chevrolet takes advantage of the elderly. My father went there to purchase a car and told the salesman that he was only purchasing for cash. My dad has slight dementia- and he only has ever purchased items in cash- next thing you know, he had financed a SUV way out of his price range. My father was adamant that he did not want to finance and cash was his preferred method. If you met my dad, you would know that he's not all these and likely didn't understand the paperwork they placed in front of him. After reading all the bait and switch, I'm sure that the sales person took advantage of him. (Yes, he had a decent down payment, enough for an entire car! But these guys also get commission off financing). It's been on my mind for a while and now I'm paying for the car as dad passed on... he knew he didn't need a payment and he knew he wouldn't drive that long. It's shameful that a company would allow stuff like this to happen.

On November 23, 2022, I was looking online for a used car I could afford. I saw a 2021 Hyundai Accent and was interested in it. A salesman called me from said dealership and told me the car I was interested in was there and I should drive there and check it out or any of their other cars. I drove 58 miles to see the car and it was not there. The salesman said it was at another of their locations and should be there in a day or two. He showed me other cars I did not like. He and his sales manager talked me into going ahead and filling out the paperwork for purchase of the Accent in case I liked it. My Interest rate was going to be 15.99% at $472 a month. On November 27 the salesman called me and said the car had been delivered to their location. I took a half day off on November 28 to drive there to see the car. It didn't have any of the options that was listed in the online ad; Lane assist and brake assist among the ones I liked. It did have the backup assist. I almost didn't take it but felt pressured to do so. When I got home, I called them and said I definitely didn't want the car and they said it was now mine. Also, there were no floormats and the car had been in a wreck front and back. When I finally looked at the paperwork, I saw that the finance manager had raised the interest rate to 17.15% and raised my payments by $3.00 a month. Also, the odometer reading was marked out, and another reading was written in by hand on the front page. I might as well have gone to David Stanley. At least I would be expecting to be swindled. Buyer Beware!

Bought a truck there called over the course of a month or so to get a service plan that I never even wanted or agreed to canceled. The main reason was because the agreement stated you had to use in Shawnee at there dealership. Well I drove an hour and a half to get the vehicle. So knowing full and well I couldn’t use this service plan it was tacked on to my payment anyway to increase commissions. I would absolutely not agree to something I couldn’t utilize that was like 180 dollars. I’m just a little disappointed it hasn’t been taken care of yet.

Came in to look around, not expecting to find anything i liked. While walking around I found a vehicle I had to have. Joseph Allegre was so helpful and wasn't pushy at all. I had questions he answered them to my satisfaction. After being there 6 hours Janine in finance had paper work together I signed and walked away happy as a lark.
